Sawing

We have state-of-the-art saws, equipped with a vacuum clamping system, which facilitates high-precision, ground-parallel cutting. The maximum cut height is 650 mm.

Turning

We use CNC lathes, equipped with driven tool holders and controlled cycle capabilities. Components with a maximum of D450x1500 mm may be processed.

For larger production batches, a fully automated 6-axis lathe with a maximum diameter of <40mm is available.

Milling

We have several 2.5D CNC milling machines with various workspaces. The maximum component size is 2134 x 1016 x 762mm.

Purification

Using process temperatures of above 2000°C and various process gases purification levels with an ash content below 5 ppm can be achieved. The purified products are used in various industries.

Water jet cutting

Using innovative manufacturing equipment, large-scale parts and components can be manufactured in a relatively short time. Dimensions of 2000 x 2000 mm can be realized. Water jet cutting enables optimal material usage.
